3-p hurricane protection offers an annual shutter service for your roll downs and accordion style shutters, to insure the proper function when a storm may be bearing down on us. 3-p hurricane protection will put you on a call list, and give you a yearly reminder to have your annual maintenance done. This will prevent and reduce the chance of costly repairs, and keep them lasting as long as possible. Our maintenance includes lubrication of all gears, motors, bearings, plastic components, screws and to prevent oxidation. We do NOT use wd-40 this will increase the chances of malfunction. We use a non silicone spray made specifically for aluminum. we clean the the shutter with a soap/water combination to clean any saltwater air that may be on the shutters. We inspect for any broken or compromised components. We also remove pests to the best of our ability (wasps, frogs, snakes, rodents, birds). 3-p hurricane protection is very meticulous about our inspection of your hurricane shutters to insure you will be safe when a storm arises.
